yo SP bros out there, i got a problem sia...

i bought a iridium aprk plug from ah boy... going to replace my existing spark plug...

i take out my tank, pull out this rubber thing attached to my spark plug and unscrew my plug from the engine, screw in my new plug into the engine...

problem comes when i about to put in this rubber thing into my iridium one, it seems like cannot fit it man! got a small metal nut-look-alike thing preventing my new plug from going into...
