Hmmmm......subjective.....here's my opinion :cheeky:

If you are running a Jap bike, first, try to look at the website for the tyres. BT014 is easy to find.....there's recommendations for the tyres. 600cc and above, normally recommended 36F, 42R for street use. Then look at the swing arm, and see what's the recommended pressure. If it's the same, or +/-1 psi, I would say you experiment with what you like, since either 1 is not gonna be castrophic.

If the Swing arm is way lower or way higher, I suggest you go with the Tyre manufacturer's suggestions.

My own experiences is that I had excessive wear on my rear Diablo Corsa when I follow my manufacturer's recommendation which is 36F, 35R when the tyres should be running 36F, 42R. After opting for the latter pressure, the handling is better, and the wear rate is SOOOOOOOOOOOO much bet-ta!!!!

The handling issue COULD be the new tyre feel that you need a while to get use to.

i tried searchin the bridgestone site for info on the recommened pressure i shld use on my 014.. but i cant find anything

now i'm usin the manufacturer's recommended pressure.. but i afraid i might be runnin it too low..

Sorry, hardly check out this section anymore.....

Most frens are running 36F and 42R for their Jap bikes and it's fine. Dun go too low for track I guess......it's a street tyre afterall. 34F 36R should be fine for track, like the Diablo Corsa.

Just my 2 cents....

anybody tried pirelli sport demon tyre?

Philosophy A: Ignore what everyone else thinks. Riding is a better way to get around. Ride paranoid and keep your skills sharp

Philosophy B: Ride with somebody who's better than you. You will pick up a handy trick or new skill just about every time you are out

Philosophy C: You don't need a big bike to prove ur passion for riding

pls comment abt 020...

will the front easily wrap???

Jeffery: BT020 is like touring tires, good rain threads. As for warping, I doubt u'll be able to wear it down, less warping it.

No one have any comments and comparisions between D208zr and BT014?? :help: :help:

To me, according to the specs, same category of tyres......however, BT014 is of a later design, thus maybe newer concept. Derived from MotoGP, hee hee.....D208ZR maybe only from AMA Superbikes :cheeky:
