be prepared that the price might be a bit on the high side due to your age. as for the downpayment, usually smaller bikes they allow 500 - 1000 of downpayment because the price for smaller bikes are cheaper.

for the quotation, its actually a form in NTUC website where you fill up and send to NTUC, after which they will reply to your email may take a few days ;)

jus call their hotline to ask for quotation .. cau their online quotation on hotline quotation got diff in price de ... and weather u are 18 or 19 the amount u pay the diff is nt big as u are under 21 n no driving exp for 2 years

ermmm... the pricing difference is grouped "under 30", "above 30" and "above 60"...

so as long as you are under 30, your insurance will be quite high not to forget the years of experience is a factor too..

I have source many places for motor insurance, in fact there are hundreds of company doing this but the competitive ones are still NTUC, Mitsui, AXA, etc all depends on after sales support which is important. i believe u wont wana wait for donkey years before your claim can come back to u. some insurance company have proper guidelines to abide by

ASSURING customers with a specific days of claim processing as to facilitate ur coverage as complete as possible.

All below info are subject to age....... and NCB

3rd Party Lowest

$80- Max $380 for new riders 2b

$250 - $800+ for 2A

$260 - $1200+ for 2

2nd Party (TPFT)

$180- Max $780 for new riders 2b

$250 - $1000+ for 2A

$250 - $1200+ for 2

1st Party (Compre)

$380- Max $1280 for new riders 2b

$550 - $1500+ for 2A

$350 - $2300+ for 2

The difference are clearly stated on the contract and be sure to at least read it once for own sake before u cant make any claim which is not covered.

Hope it helps, cheers.
