Help needed from experts

Hi bros..i got prob with my super4 vtec 3..at certain rpm when i rev my bike on moving..my right side of bike like footrest,tank n seat will vibrate while the left remain smooth..but after past the certain rpm it back to smooth,,ive tried to bring to workshop n research the problem but never success..mechanic tried to tighten my right side footrest n bracket but still the same..heard some plps said its due to heavy stock s4 pipe but i dont think so since my fren who riding a vtec3 also didnt face the prob..im thinking if its due to carb balancing problem?any pros or expert here have any advice or solution for me? thanks in advance.
