I need some help and tips on getting NSR SP 150 or Kawasaki KRR 150

Hi all, i just got my license recently. I'm deciding whether to buy Kawasaki KRR or Honda NSR SP. Many of my friends told me to get KRR because KRR is newer and SP is too old already. I'm still unsure whether to get a SP or KRR. If i were to get KRR, i wanted to buy the KRR which is 6 years old and below. And where got good bike shop. If i were to get SP, is it true that the age of the bike doesnt matters as long as it still in good condition? And is it true that as COE gonna expire it's harder to sell away? I need all your help and suggestions cause i still unsure. Thanks. It will bring a great help to me. (:
