rest asure la bro,he is racking a havoc in my room...hidding here n there til i tired looking for it lolx...it gt itself a 4 storey mansion with 6passage ways n 5rooms(1.bath room,(2)dinning room,(3)play room,4(toilet),5(for duno wat purpose)....and it also ve roof access to rch for a pool of drinking water n fresh air with a little roof hse keke.bt all is budget type n it seems to b happy with it.

 

the little devil noes hide outs in my room better than me lolx.im no stranger to him liao.he will somhw jump up my bed n force me to share the bed lolx.

 

hey u gt emails bo?mayb can send som pics or even a video clip to u keke

i used to let it run round my room.. but she begun to hide under the bed and refusing to come out.. so now just let her stay in her cage..

but 3 years le..she's still so cute and never fail to make me luff, esp when she tried to look innocent after she had done smething wrong.

Me currently a owner of a cute 6 months old chinchilla , grey . She is very lonely and looks sad sometime, hope to find her a parther or a friend .Anyone giving away chinchilla (heathly ones) please pm me , would hope to see her happy

ya...mine too will hide...gt once it traped itself within the piano....me search hide n low till i heard it crying for help lolx.cutez alwaz...dunoe who tod me chin wont response to name....gt once i call its name in living room,n it dashed out from my room n hop onto me....so cutez haha....

Could it be that you are holding on to any of their food??

 

Mine are always in the cage. Too lazy to let them out. But they only run towards me when i have food for them

me nt holding any food in hand bt mayb it thk tat i ve food 4 him lolx....mayb tats the reason y it ran back to my room when i gav him nothing keke...

they do response to name or any sound they are familiar with.

 

i used to shake the treat can and call her name at the same time..then she will come to me..

 

i miss carrying her.. she dun like to be handled with now. probably i haf frightened her in some ways.

Best to keep these cute creatures cool.

My sister's pair of chinchilla give birth to 4 babies.

2 of them die of heatiness during the dry month of May.

They were not kept in aircon room.

i wanna get her a partner too.. she's turning 4 tml and she doesn't haf a mate!!!

 

where do u guys get the food and stuff? i used to buy from pet kingdom.. but think the lavender branch is closed. now, i get her food from those normal pet shops..

 

any more specialised chin stores around?

u can try ipets at lavender area too... chin hut at serangoon rd or little pet wonder at bedok...

East Point, Simei, there are quite a lot of shops there.
