Do you know the coffee shop opposite Lim Ah Boy, walk across to it and walk behind there are many hardware shop there, cross the road you will find there is some more hardware shop, the shop which sell the hose and fitting has a glass door and they place many hose outside the shop for samples, walk in and ask the boss for valve applicable for oil, the size is for 4mm tubing size.

it was the same shop i went to the 1st time

just that i did not ask for the correct item

went back to the shop this morning

and decided to get a smaller diameter tubing rather than change the valve to a bigger diameter one

i forgo my regulator and used the valve as an on/off & regulator

cos the tubing is of smaller diameter i pushed it straight into the outlet of the container and use silicon to seal up the outlet part

and the flow rate is slow also cos of the smaller diameter

the valve is good...:thumb::thumb:

tried out riding and no leak at any point of the oiler at all

readjusted my container to make it more straight so that i can fill up more oil and also the oil won't leak out from the top cap

took out the small metal valve from the top of the container and fitted in a plastic plug...when i top up the oil very clean...no dripping outside at all:thumb::thumb:

re-did my set up and here are my pics of my oiler ver 3.0

Superb bro! Maybe u wanna clean up the connection betwn the tube and reservoir tip. Make it nicer and super leak proof.

thanks bro

yah will be doing some touching up to make it nicer

when i put the silicon i nv bring along any stick to smooth out the surface

so use cable tie to clean up a bit only

those who wants to look for the valve i got the name of the shop

it Teck Siong Huat Hardware Pte Ltd

Fan-tabulous bro! will look for the shop the next time i go there...

Btw the current aquarium tube can be use on the valve rite?

bring down your tubing so that can get the correct size valve

the shop ppl advise me to change the tubing cos the aquarium one is too soft and flimsy...

up to your preference

btw for those who go down to get the smaller tubing which fits nicely in the 4mm valve

the normal electrical wire is too big to fit into the smaller tubing

can get the 1.5mm dia metal crafting wire from diaso to fit into the tubing
