It's either he got two wives who are both riding Tdm or Glenn is confused with e previous owner . . . . Hahaha .

 

Anyways, I saw one Tdm at motorworld last wk afternoon n I think it's FY 36_ _ . saw e bike but not the rider . Believe it's e person who bought from ridesaddon .

 

Just enjoy ur ride guys . . . we shd all meet up one fine day !!

i dont know if ridesaddon is the husband or wife but i liase with the wife for the purchase though

 

in anyway i believe the sequence goes like that

 

ridesaddon First TDM(yellow?) many years back?-> Hspalt -> heaven51

 

ridersaddon Second TDM(titanium blue) few years back? -> i'm the new owner

 

i'm the person who bought over from ridesaddon, and yes you are right for the first 2 alphabet FY but it's FY 4 XX C instead, hahahaha

Ridersaddon is the husband... Both ride TDM together before... Wifey don't like the feel cos too high and sell to Hsphalt...

Yup, front is PR2, wanted to get it for the rear too but hv to wait 3weeks. Can't wait that long cos the rear kanna too many shots, dying already. Decided to change the rear to PR3, upon being told thay they're 18" front PR3 available already!

Hopefully they don’t totally replace, and keep bringing in Pilot 2, those are worth the money. I just changed to Pilot 2 at BikeWorkz. Very solid tires. I was quite confident even during the wet, they just felt planted. But anyways disclaimer could be the “new tires” psychological effect.

 

Time will tell if they last as long as my BT023. Thanks to Mirza and Thomas for the recommendations to pilot 2. *happy

I did not check the week/year manufacturing date for the PR2 i've just changed.

 

my bt 023 lasted 26k but can last longer if not for being so lucky” on the road, my rear tire is a nail magnet.

 

yes price is $360.

In Feb, I ask they don't have 18" made for PR3... Should be launch not long ago bah... Now no stock for PR2, waiting time is about 3weeks, so I recon the distributor still bring in PR2...

When did you change it ? Last friday when to Ah Beng, = no stocks...

 

Yup agreed, PR2 is one of the best touring tyre around in terms of cornering in dry/wet and mileage...

 

What is the mileage you manage out of your BT023 ?

 

Thomas use PR2 till it square like F1 racing tyre... ard 30+k...

Shelf life of a tyre usually around 6years...

My also a nail/screw magnet, under went 2 inner (patch) and 3 external surgery...

 

Finally put it to sleep/rest last week...
