big bore kit is illegal and won't have any problem until the 3rd year when u need to go for inspection, have to change back to stock again. But for me no worries, cuz i selling after 2 years.. most likely LOL

 

does power commander makes any significant difference?? i mean can u really 'feel' it??

u guys have any frens who are interested in buying R125 bike? I am currently riding it. Registration date is 09/09. Coe till 09/19 with FBD plate number. In a good condition(regular servicing, mileage 11000km) with a full system 1st hand leo vince pipe(valued at SGD$900/-) with LTA certificate. My insurance still valid till April 2011. Do pm me for further details as I am upgrading. Asking for $1200/- cash and also to COI for 4years and 4 mths with a monthly istallment of $237/-. Bought at Loois motor, no early repayment fees. I bought it as I am a curious rider and loves to try most of the 2B bikes. I ever rode and owned a Yamaha Spark135, Kawasaki KR150, Gilera ST200. Currently riding Yamaha R125.

Don't mind me saying but the price you quote is really high? Even though with a leovince pipe, the price adds up to S$13,524. Can buy new one liao..

Nv heard of 10yrs for bike only car. But anyw 10 yrs is freaking long, imagine if u r 20 now, u would hav been paying for half Ur life. Lol and Ur interest would sum up to 5k over probably.

someone successfully modded the r125 into a twin exhaust.

according to the forum, there was no lose or gain in performance.. unless wanna consider the additional weight.

 

but with our strict regulations and costly accessories here i doubt we can do it.

does any1 notice a ticking noise from our bikes?

 

seems to come from the engine area from the left side

 

the ticks get faster when reving up, and slows down when idle

 

asked looi abt it n the mechs said it was normal..

 

but its getting louder!

 

can even hear it inside of my FF!!

 

reminds me of a timebomb.. hahaha

 

is my bike gonna blow up????

Normal, it is the valve intake and output clearance. if the clearance gap is too far then the sound will be loud. If the gap clearance is way too far it will damage our bike.

Guys good news if u guys want ur bike goes fastest dont need to big bore just change to carburetor no more power cut max speed can reach 170km/h depend the carburetor size. Next mods I'm change to racing carburetor.

i'll be passing this bike to my eldest son thats why i mod it till im satisfied with it just wait for the time he my son taking over my bike probably use for track only as im gng to drive soon.... and lastly my bike will not going to sell

wow, R15 can also? can share what is the advantages and disadvantages of changing to carburetor? thanks:) and of cos how much it cost haha
