no idea regarding the LV. So far I've not seen any using the LV. Most are with ARROW and Akras. Mebbe u can scout around and ask other shops as well.

For accessories, M-tecnik, biketech21, chiap lee has various accessories depending on brand. If getting OEM accessories, better off buying online from oversea vendors.

i saw quite a few negative comment on LV.

what are the price for arrow and akras and where can i fix them?

for the crash bar, is it better to fix the H&B or got down to sengkwang do? cost?

ARROW u can get it from Biketech21 (agent). Akrapovic's agent should be Works Performance.

It's surprisingly easy to change the endcan on ur own with some tools.

Try asking prices from both agents and also bikeshops to compare prices.

Regarding the crashbars, it's up to your preference and budget.

Mtechnik might haf ready stock for the exhausts. :)

Btw, personal comment for e shop rec. I prefer to checkout mtechnik first, b4 going biketech21 n other options as the latter dont usually stock up n order takes a couple of mths to fulfill..

does OTR means including of GST? Albert quote 31k otr but when go take bike and make payment there is additional of the 7% gst.

There's no exact terms of what OTR should be inclusive of.. But under layman terms, it should be the nett value that you should be paying inclusive of all the "hidden" fees..

That's why I went back to ASP for my S10 purchase.. What ever ASP quote is inclusive of everything: IU, registration, transfer fee, COE, GST, etc etc.. But without insurance...

Whatever ASP quoted was final, not hidden fees upon collection of bike..

For you, 7% of $31k is $2170, and it's not a small amount.. This sum can easily get you fully kitted with exhaust and some protection parts..

How much you downpayment? If only $500, just forgo and go buy at ASP, it'll end up cheaper too.. Does your $31k inclusive of insurance?

You can also check if that shop is registered under GST.. If they are not, they cannot charge GST..

that's all I can help.. Good luck in your buy..

31k OTR still add a $2k for 'GST'? That make it at S$33k.

No diff from hong leong sell direct at $31k + insurance.but in your case.it still higher then HL lor.

If your S10 is new & reg under ur name then there is nothing u can do but to pay & 'learn ' a lession & hope dun repeat next time.

If the bike is not reg yet then F them & walk away if the deposit is negotiable loss.

Some bike shop just prey on such income & sadly there is always enough newbie to get preyed.

Mtechnik 1st before the rest....then decide which & what.

Cuurent accessories for S10 is limited.

Either hepco & Becker,touratech,SW motech,givi & OEM-givi for side & top box

Touratech,H&B,SW & OEM for accessories guard

Powerbonze,puig,calsci,givi,OEM for windscreen.

Lastly,enjoy your S10.a beast within.

for the crashbar, it really depends on your preference and your pocket.

SK customized crashbar will be more expensive, but compared to Hepco, it uses stainless steel. You also have to see if which design do you prefer. :)

For TCS, i leave it to on almost everytime on tarmac. Even if go offroad, I reckon I can keep it on, or at most set to 1. I feel TCS off is for people who are very skilful and experience on offroad who can control their bike sliding ard. For a noobie like me, even at 2, I can still do offroad as I'm not fast and skilful.

Personally I dont think TCS will affect your riding. It only affects how your bike react when your bike lose traction. With TCS on, the bike do the job, with it off, you do the job.

If u have the remote switch on your handlebar u can easily switch to tcs 2 or off conveniently.:thumb: Previously i just leave tcs to 1 as its quite a reach for the buttons on the meter panel. Mtechnik have the switch by the way.

I always have TCS off on dry road.

If raining than I leave it at default TCS1.

Sport mode and TCS off, power!!!!! kick ass!!!!!

What yo guys think is the natural mode this bike be without all these electronic gadget, TCS or mode?

Cheers

I reckon the S10 is 'most at home' with TcS 2 & S mode.

Feel the lively 110PS shaft driven tubeless tire dragging along street or fire road.moderate water crossing is fine.

With Sgp road having so much painted surface & rainy weather.keeping TcS on will save life & $.:thumb:

H&B engine guard & fairing guard is two piece design.

SW motech has engine guard only

Givi has engine guard only

OEM Yamaha is full piece that include engine & fairing.

SK - custom to owner needs

It depends on what other brand of guards like skip plate, shaft guard & side box u want to match up with.

Again,there is fog lite kit for each of the engine guard like;

PIAA for OEM Yamaha

Hawk fog for SW motech

Mircofloorer for Hepco Becker

Take your pick & decide which brand/setup u looking at.

Cheers
