No offense to GPR users, but it seems to me all GPR end cans uses the same model..

Could be lack of research..

Comparing to other brands, it just not appeal to me.. It looks like a super4 end can on S10..

S10 users, if on budget, could get Arrow.. It's not that expensive compared to Akrapovic..

I didn't choose Arrow due to the rattling noise made by the baffle..

Taking out the baffle makes it illegal, then defeating the purpose of a street legal exhaust..

nothing against GPR endcan user hor.

just sharing my OWN experiance with the GPR endcan.

had it fix on a CBR RR track prupose bike and had a hard time to tune the PC3 to match the eox and the bike setup.(ok...actually is tunner hard at work while i ride hard in track)

but even after4-5 dyno tunne...the sweet spot is not constant...however all things went away when i replace it with a arrow.

it could be either the dyno tunner are more familiar with arrow or the GPR performance mismatch.

anyway, now fast forward to S10....quite happy with the arrow FS...just hope the PCV will do better in term of overall ridability.:cheeky:

btw, any of you install arrow and explorer side box?

for me, they lower the exhuast due to the side box bracket. now it seems like the wheel and the pipe clearance is only abit.

2012 black versions beware.. dun come and find me if your subframe goes missing!!!

is there a OEM alarm connector??

the plug under the seat should be factory wrapped with plastic.. i chunked it deep under..!

Yes, it near the toolbox above the batt.dig around & u can find it.

the 2 connectors near the tool kit holder are not actually for alarm, the 4 way connector is for OEM fog lights, 3 way is for OEM grip heater.

but can still use for other auxiliary purpose if one knows how to tap out.

as for the connector below the rider seat wrapped in plastic, thats for ABS diagnostic use, must plug with the diagnostic equipment then can use, otherwise just wrap it up & tuck it away.

know the price of OEM alarm from HL??

was thinking of getting an alarm..

Apparently HL dont bring it in.. There's a site sellin it, ard 350 i think. Need to ask Harris, he install it on his tmax.

just asked HL this morning, Kenny says 800-900 ish... :giddy:

no whatever pattern frm other alarm, just alarm on/off nia.....

so, gona find one day & install my SPY alarm....

do u have to "mod" ur left side H&B side rack bracket so that the arrow slip-on is "where"it is suppose to be?

cos thats what MT had done for mine by mod the bracket so tha the arrow is on it design place.:cheeky:

Some of these modern bikes electrical circuits are hard to understand..

They are linked in some way, but not directly..

Just keep the basics in mind when handling these stuffs.. The main harness is very expensive..!!

Mine 350km, 18.5-19L..

TC1, CO 0, BMC filter, stock exos, top case only avg speed 100kph..

Used to get 380km when I just got the bike, avg 80kph..

I manage to clock 420km when bike is bone stock w/o TC or any of the current accessories.
