As I had physically tried at a 'special' workshop near ubi area for few hours and none of the big brand works on the S10.

 

Either tech hand not warm or product mismatch.all I know is that my desh is short of a gear indicator.haha

 

they got it to work already..

but i no moolahs to install as i already getting the akras..

regarding the side deflectors, my project also not so fast start, maybe after CNY, as i also not printing Yusofs.. haha..

if you want, you can collect the HL protector and tank pad first..

1. Is it normal for the front brakes to sound "squishy" or "oily" when the front brake lever is applied?

 

I use to ride an Africa twin. When it started to sound " squishy" , i sent it for servicing as it was not normal. After servicing, everything was back to soundless.

So, since this S10 is a new bike, im not sure if something has already happen to the bike or it is actually normal...

 

2. does this bike have a tankbra for it?. is it at motorworld?

1. not sure what you meant by squish/oily.. from brake lever or the feel??

personally, i felt that the stock brakes are efficient and good modulation..

upgrading to RCS is just a bling..

 

regarding the sound, just lubricate the pin and pivot areas with some silicon grease as stated in manual..

 

2. yes, MotoWorld should have it..

I'm just back from Thailand Trip,During the trip notice that handle bar wobbling at speed above 150km/h and find really uncomfortable,

seems like gripping issue,tire just change before the trip to metz EXP,previously before tire change was good.

Pls Advice...

Saw your photos, can share how much you paid for the train ride??

 

During the tyre change, was any balancing done to the wheels??

Balancing is needed if bike is frequently travelling above 150kph..

GPS wise, you can try Simlim, but eBay seems to be selling much cheaper even with shipping..

Alarm wise, try MotoWorld, they got SPY alarms for sale, then again eBay might reap you same stuff with slightly cheaper price..

Accessories from shops are discussed already, mtechnik, biketech, motivation, unique etc are the various shops..

 

Bottom line, do check and compare yourself things from eBay, online stores and local shops..

Your best friend is google search..

750b for upper berth 2nd class sleeping coach,850b for lower berth. Bike cost 1400b base on weight.

Well the sound its making can be heard clearly upon pressing the brake lever. ( while moving )... the squishy sound is definitely coming from the hydraulic thingy... If u guys dun hear that sound, that means something is wrong with my bike man. Its not normal for it to be sounded.

 

Im not sure how to explain it but when my Africa Twin had the same exact sound/problem I went to service the master pump and everything was back to normal.

So, i dono, since its a new bike i choose to believe that nothing is wrong with ite..hahaha ( being indenial )
