hey guys,can i check whether spec 3 head light can install on VerS??

Heard you need the "bushing" for the head lamp to mount. Something like a nut for the mounting bolt inside the headlamp. Correct me if I'm wrong.

What I meant is when you buy the headlamp...make sure it comes with it.:cool:

hmm ah pek..how to tell if my bike not running on all cylinders (let's say spark plug problem)? can hear/feel etc?

 

remember u had to come down bedok to help me the other night? i had the same problem again yesterday. this time all i did was use the choke and my bike was ok again. *phew* really worrying ah..

my ver S stolen while lunching at JB. it was 15mins in the coffee shop and gone. beside sungai seget, many people, parked right in front of another coffee shop 3 doors away, opposite of maybank. amazing!

 

the parking attendant didn't see anything, the police booth is just 50m away.. . sigh

 

I made police report in JB, need I report here? btw, can I get back insurance premium and COE? thanks.

lesson.. keep your bike in view at all times.

 

btw, any advice on procedures now that bike is gone? thanks.

in the first place, how could u had parked ur bike in a location where ur eyes cant even see ur bike when u r having ur lunch? :giddy:

 

1 min is all it need for ur bike to be jump started and riden off. :dot:

 

so many times this had been said and still ppl's bike get lost due to careless of ur beloved bike... :faint:

I feel for you, bro. Apparently, the news report stated that older versions of S4 are being targeted. And the low-lifes can do it in seconds. People don't notice anything amiss as they can start the bike as though they had the original keys with them. Plug and play.

 

Hope you get your claim soon and start riding again. G'luck.

Sorry to hear this mannn!!! I hope you get back as much from your insurance at least it won't be a total lost. Worried myself and that's why I made but own alarm..at least deter them for that brief moment or attract public attention. Now looks like I have to incorporate my electrical shock system liao!

Looks like you have to make a report to the police in Singapore oso and then your insurance company and do aksed the insurance for further proceeding and advise. Investigation and payment can take up to at least 6 months.

 

Btw...did you have any alarm at that time.:sian:

Yah...heard story that police there oso sometime tow bike to compound..and sometime this ppl are not police at all. If nobody stops them..they mak_poh_doh just take it away...smart theft in disguise.o_O

"Jump start"???..may be and may be not. Could be 'lift and carry' into van.

 

Anyway got to look into incoporating electric short treatment onto the bike..like when brake and clutch level are touch...and specially place big nails under the seat..o_O ....:angel: ..to be use only in Boleh land....sighhh.
