For me I spray in the key hole as well as on the key. Then I will turn the key in and off then also spray some more. After a while it became ok le. But if you wanna change the ignition also better. New key. Haha.

If you are using high temperature steel epoxy mixs..that's not necessary...they are meant for such application. You can even drill or file them after at least 2 hours curing though they set in 2-4 mins. Done one too many already.

Go have your radiator rebuild by those doing radiator refurbishing for cars..can't remember where but they can rebuild or even modified your radiator.

The epoxy glue stated working temperature up to 500 degree F, hopefully it will last.

Guys,

This is old stock (Brand new). Just want to clear stock. I have an Active Front Brake Caliper Conversion Kit that moves the brake caliper lower down, in line with the front wheel axle to create the Radial Front Brake effect. This is for all pre-VTEC CB 400SFs. Please sms me at 96926647. Its a crazy price....a price where you will pay without thinking. MADE IN JAPAN.

WHAT DOES IT DO? It actually reduces flex in the forks and complements forks with or without fork braces.

The slight tolerance allowed by floating brake rotors can't compensate for the amount of flexing in the forks. To reduce the brake-induced fork vibration, the brake calipers were moved around the rotors slightly so that they fell into the front-rear alignment of the wheel axle. This is because there is less lateral flex at that point, which means less or no vibration. The caliper mounts were changed too. Traditional calipers bolt on to the forks with bolts going through them at 90 degrees to the face of the brake rotor. With radial calipers, the bolts are aligned parallel to the brake rotor - effectively also in the front-rear alignment of the wheel. This design is a trickle-down technology from superbike racing where a radial caliper mount allows the racing teams to use different diameters of brake rotor by simply adding spacers to the caliper mounts.

Take it easy...ride safe!:p

Coolant check and top up is done at the coolant reserve tank (right hand sidecover inside)..you need allen key size 5.

If you wanna to top up coolant on radiator side, you need size 10 to take off the two bolts at end of tank near seat. Also a long nose plier helps in dislodging the fuel air vacuum and fuel hose.

Just got a message from the Section Head of my school that my classmate, Albert, riding a Version S passed away during the weekends in a bike accident in JB. May he rest in peace.

No wonder there's no version S today when I reached school. Sigh.

I'd rather get a Leo Vince than a Louis Vuitton.

Not that big ah... Was thinkin of setting some switches within a small box mounted on the left clutch perch... Maybe can meetup with you one day to discuss my idea. :)

Theres always an element of risk when you are on the road...It doesnt matter whether you are on 4 wheels or 2...just that the risk is always higher when you are on 2...
