I usually use Front PSI 32, Back PSI 36 for work usage and pillion.

So far I'm comfortable with it.

 

But you can also use like what Salem77 bro said the chain guard sticker hehe.

I didn't read it though coz japanese writings :sian:

holy ****....my bike just stopped suddenly again!! i pushed to the bike shop previously and he said could be the tank dirty...and he said he clean it and i used it...today is the 100km since he say he clean it and my engine just stopped again like theres no petrol! HELP! ah pek's inbox full ah...cannot pm him...

But IS there any petrol in your tank? Before your bike stopped suddenly, do you feel your bike like got jerk2? Or just stop like when you turn off your engine?

Check if there are two tubes (not the fuel hose and vaccum tube) under your tank near the back part is fixed..if it is, take it off.

 

If the above is not the case..could be electrical problem. :sian:

Hi guys,

Thought of getting a S4 for leisure riding and would like to check with you all regarding the engine for PB1 and Ver S.

 

Is the PB1 engine running cam gear and Ver S running cam chain? Or both also using cam chain? I do know the older CB1 is running on cam gear.

beside hornet250, i know the older CB-1 400 is also running cam gear. I'm just not too sure on the PB 1 and info from the net is not conclusive.

You sure got fuel pump meh..not that I know of ? The petrol flows from the tank directly from fuel kock to the fuel hose to the carbs and flow is regulated by the vacuum suction after when engine starts and thru the vacuum tube...which in turn close and open the diaghram membrane valves in the fuel kock.:sian:

hmmm that's what i suspected and told the bike shop. he say ok nothing stuck. but now occur again. upset sia.

 

How did he clean your tank anyway..did u see him do it? He should be cleaning the fuel kock, not tank. Anyway..could be other things choking your fuel flow..come as arranged and I check see for you..oh..and tah_pao Ko_pee_orh from Teck Ghee Square kopetiam at blk 409 for me hor..heee...x2! :angel:..my left left still hurts lah!:sian:

All S4 runs on CAM Chain with automated self adjusting chain slippers tensioner.:sian:

S4 runs best up till ron 95...we can use ron 92 too but not as good. All this depends on the engine design compression ratio. 98 is 3 rons higher and the ron's number indicate the octane level which is greater in combustion iginition as it goes higher. Don't waste $s..95 is more than great liao..98 is a waste though..'over' smooth...LOL!:sian:
