stated ur set up. the guys here can get a close map for u.bt is just a guide line map..

 

maybe too long neber clear carbon. do a throttle body sync first see hows the fc . clean/chg yr air filter. if still cannot then maybe other problem, stock bike usually no need to tune.

 

 

amazing.. you fc is even higher than mine.. i can at least get 250km before reserve light comes on...

 

and my bike ain't stock...

bro, check on the TB sync and clean the air filter

think that is the cause for most bad FC.

 

on the AFR that we are taking is that some of the rider have a data logger or pc 5 that can log what is the Air/Fuel Ration (AFR)

with that, they can determine wat kind of ride they will be expecting.

a lean or rich.

 

most stock busa can hit abt 280-300km per full tank.

so your 190 is really bad.

 

i seldom see anyone wash filter at every eo change.

it is ok but when u wash u need to oil the filter, then when u oil the filter. the air intake will become too little to the engine to burn as such this may cause the fuel consumption to be higher.

 

also u need to sun dry the filter too. did u check ur air box?? is it full of oil? check the drain plug too. if there is oil. relax abit on the air filter.

 

so now more air into the bike will give ur bike slightly more response so ur will be lighter on the throttle maybe will give u better fc.

Need your help here. I dropped the bike on the left side and I have scratches on the fairing affecting the stickers / decals. The side fairing can be resprayed, but the stickers will have to be replaced.

 

Has anyone ever ordered a new set decals from the agent? How long does it take to arrive? I fear that it may take ages.

Sorry to step into your posting.

To be honest with my personal opinions with no offence taken and this post is not just for you alone.

 

Important to up keep the bike to its best health.

They are many never follow the service manual or equipped with good knowledge to maintain the bike well.

With these basic essential that one do not even understand, then do not expect the bike to servce you well in return.

If your primary goal is to ride a fast bike then again don't expect the bike to give good FC.

If your primary goal is to ride a good FC bike then one should not ride a fast bike.

Sooooo ... if someone purchase a bike with no proper application and understanding then he/she is a Poster.

To be a poster, he must prepare to take criticism and lost money because he/she is a Poster that did not maximise the products.

 

 

Well, I could not bother to reply your kind advice as I do not think they are.

230-240 sounds OK to me....

 

hard riding gves me 180-190 b4 reserve lights up...

 

my ride is a bone stock k7 except for a BMC air filter.

 

oh ya, my best record is 260km before reserve light up.

above 200 is normal.

also depend on the road / timing you travel during the ride.

if u kenna jam. i think it is quite ok. if u are doing on a relative empty road and it can be better. depending on the speed that you are traveling.
