wah! how did it happened? hope no big issue.

 

b4 a timing chain goes there are always tell tale signs.... busa cam temsioner had always been a problem.. i changed my cam tensioner just after 3 months on my new 06 busa.... what makes the cam tensioner need replacment so fast?? I know and I will tell u..... much later.. :angel:

I've tried K2 b4 & im riding my busa everyday..and although its a very gd tyre I wouldnt recommend it on a busa UNLESS u're willing to change ur rubber every 3 mths:cheeky:

i used it for 10 mths plas 4 session of PG...

UNLESS u every day travel to KL and back 2 S'pore...

by the way i'm staying in the north and i'm working in Tuas area so to n fro of wk is ard 70km n K2 still serve me well...:angel:

u super hard core rider mah that's why 3 mth....

 

mine just changed n it's like coming to 5 years ...... maybe i slow rider never punish my Falcon ..... :angel:

the way u ride will affect the millage/lifespan of the bike parts thats why i say manual is just a guide dont follow blindly..... :faint::faint:

u fix at which shop n how much they charge u???

 

so for remote start, not advicable la?? then any other ppl do it with no problem????????????? need advice...........

 

I fixed at 123 bike shop.Yes if i am not wrong will affect the main brain of your bike.You can be the 1 and only guinea pig:angel:

Hi to all falcon riders.

 

Triple X here. I'm new to the Busa family. Actually this is my 12th bike. Previous bike is a fazer 05 model. Changed to a Busa in June 09.

 

Now bike is in workshop after a freak accident. Was hit by a stupid malaysian who beat the traffic light. Hit me on the side and gave me a broken wrist. Now still having phobia whenever coming to traffic junction.

 

Btw, what are the chances of claiming from this stupid rider??? Damn sad especially when i've just done up my bike. Now got to wait till my wrist recovers before I can ride again.

got a qns, why would a k8 busa wan to do a top overhaul now ??

 

Hmmm my guess is too much money plantations thats why.Dont know where to spend.Or it will increase torque,HP and mid range by 0.000000001.:faint:

Second,DId you take down that person IC particulars,number plate numbers, and photos of the damage on your bike? His bike is must be covered with insurance.

Thirdly,Have you made a police report within 24 hrs in Malaysia?

Fourth,you got to get a surveyor to take pics and pass the photos and documents to your lawyer.

Fifth>Lawyer will contact the insurance company by calling and mailing them by post and etc.Last but not least you can do nothing else but wait and pray for good luck.

Yes, took the full particulars of the dodo.

TP came down and both bike was taken back to TP inpound.

Accident was in SG.

Sent bike to iDAC.

Did police report and met the lawyer.

Lawyer sent letter to malaysia insurance to send surveyor down.

Now waiting for surveyor so that bike shop can carry out the repairs.

Now really only can seat and wait. :cry:

i already got it...

 

have scan manual, link given here... will try out my 1-way alarm system on my bike first... still figuring where to connect some of the wires =p :angel:

 

will check it out is the ignition will work or not...
