on the road logging and tuning is not only more expensive than to run on dyno, it takes more time and a lot more is required from the user (in terms of understanding the basics of tuning)

since selling off is not in your option list, the next best thing is probably to do a yoshi/teka remap of the ECU, and from experience, it's not a very accurate means of tuning and your fuel consumption is gonna shoot up... the ride may still be crappy but at least by running richer you're preventing any possible chances of detonation and engine damage in the long run...

putting myself in yourself, i juz got to say... you don't have much options:

1. live with a full system with crap tune

2. pay for the pc and get it running properly

3. sell off the exhaust and go back stock (you can always wrap up the header with thermal tape to prevent accidental burns, rusty headers can always be replaced cheaply, fyi my 7yr header then was still rust free.) :goodluck:

actually i find on the road tunning may be the cheaper option for me..

Now I have already generated 5-10 maps to try. if I do that on a dyno. 200 bucks per run. I could easily buy 2 sets of the PCIII with spare change to buy a full system. :faint:

it's cheaper only when you keep making changes to the bike that requires a retune or adjustment to the map...

for the average user who simply changes the exhaust and air filter.. this is a one time affair... thus cheaper..

it's like buying a cow just so as to drink the milk... unless you're drinking a lot of milk, it's still cheaper to juz buy it from a supermarket...

There's no replacement for displacement except for a blower

Ah ya.. Buy a 2rd hand PC III to solve ur engine tuning. I think 300++ can get it..

For storage you can just use a TankBag. Rjay from LAB cost only $55. For those item u listed is really too much la.. U got to plan wat to carry for that day and rest just leave it at home.

Just a advice la. Not an instruction to follow. :cheeky:

the list is too long for a busa...

fyi they do not allow single seater to be mounted as they consider it an accessory even though it's OEM from Suzuki... :gun:

it doesn't really require special washing.. the throttlebodies can juz be cleaned using a piece of clean cloth... just to remove the bit of oil and dirt deposits... quite easy after you remove the airbox...

** becareful if you're cleaning it yourself, any foreign objects that fall through the throttlebodies past the throttle plates will end up in your engine causing damage...

that was fast ...

thanks for everything !!!

wash/service the injector , clean the throttle bodies , sync the engine , change oil , change plugs , change oil filter and for the mean time go with the tuning with teka so as not to destroy the life span of the engine ...

maybe tomorrow will head down to hkl ....

At idling, my stock fuel map gives 14.5 AFR. No problems.

If you get this 0-1000rpm range wrong, your bike may become difficult to start.
