hi guys... i need 2 noe from other ppl experience when they repair their bike after having an accident... my bike shop says dat i dont haf 2 fork out any money for the repair coz they will claim it from the other party insurance company... izzit true??? i haf a feeling that after they repair my bike i will have to pay for the cost 1st because if the bike shop wants 2 claim from the other party, they wud have 2 wait for a long time bcos i noe from reading this forum thay accident claim takes a very long time 2 settle... hope 2 get reply from ppl who have experience this b4...:confused:

if is u claim others, wad ur bike shop say is true. u no need to pay first. they will repair for u and claim from insurance coy.

in sg, sound fast look fast is enough. run fast fine fast die fast.

Depend on ur case bro.. if 50-50.. you gotta pay 1st.. Some shop say no need to pay, but if suay suay case lost how?? Get what i mean? If the shop see ur case 70-80% chance of winning, dan no need to pay... They claim from other parties insurance...

The bike shop will untake the repair cost and then counter claim against third party but usually they will require u to sign an untaking form stating in an event if yr claim is unsucessful u would have to pay for all costes involved.:giddy:
