Diesel as a flush oil?

Being chatting with some old grandpa bikers and overseas bikers.

 

Both of them mentioned that they actually used diesel as a flash oil.

 

What you guys think?

do not use diesel to flush ur engine.

first u need to know is diesel r full of dirt n hard crystal particles.

all/most diesel vehicles have two stages filtration b4 injection into combustion chamber.

 

if u need to flush ur engine, use low viscosity engine oil or purposely design oil to flush engine.

normally use diesel to clean parts but not to flush engine.
