Hi all,i just bought a vara125 '02 from sum1 in this forum..

I found that i need to throttle more(rpm 5) when moving off.. If i throttle just a bit,the bike is like no power n like in malay 'bobok'... Can i know wat can be done to make it better(move off smoothly???

And i also found that i can only go till 90km/hr when at the xpressway but it is vibrating like hell... Is that normal or sumthing can be done to make it smooth at 90??? Not that i want to speed but just wanna have a smooth cruising ride at 90...

Plzzzz help me...

vara is a high rpm bike. i dun notice at what rpm normally when i move off but if u want then mebbe u can go wash and tune the carb. as for speed, mebbe u can check the sprocket size, stock is 14/44.

I want to see the world and i'm pretty sure the world wants to show a little something to me.

wash and tune carb.

vara is an under powered - high rpm bike. having said that, the bike can sustain 11000 - 12000 rpm continuously for extended periods of time. thats how we (vara riders) rode teh bike all the way to Thailand...

u jus need to get used teh bike and adapt to the riding style that is required. moving off at 5k rpm is not that uncommon...
