Okie, that'll be good! Any good dinner location or stick with Beach Road Market? Actually we can do dinner around Mustafa if you like Indian food! Yum yum, slurp slurp! Naan, Chepati, Bryani, Kebab, etc.... :lovestruck:

Don't do it to others what you don't want others to do to you! God bless!

I have an arabian restaurant to recommend if you guys want to fork out $20 a meal consisting of goat cheese, funny tasting pasta, etc ... otherwise Army Market is great. Esp if the shops upstairs are still open. Suggest walk to Arab St cos the traffic there is simply nightmarish with all the silly huge 4 wheeled objects blocking the roads. Not safe to lanesplit with our size boxes, battlestar-scale handlebars etc.

north indian

I have a quite natural indian or hispanic accent.. depending on mood. Lmao.

Vashi and Belapur CBD in Navi Mumbai. From Thane, Kalyan is 35 minutes away and 48 km north east of Mumbai. Kalyan takes care of its guests by offering comfortable accommodation.

I swear we are not related. Plus I'm a lesbian :p

Yep, comfortable accomodations are part of the reason my hobby is pillow collecting.

Wearing gear depending on weather condition and what bike I will take. I know it's quite careless to go on slippers and shorts onto the scooter, but still do it quite often.

Hi all,

Just got my phantom last week, so looking for some appropriate gears for riding. Abit scare of death these days. Used to be riding class 2 before my license got chop and had a couple of accidents many years back. Those old wounds still haunt me during rainy days.

Can recommend me some light gloves and boots? I am hoping to get some minimal protection during daily commute to work.

Thanks!

Regards,

David

Hi Bro,

Thanks for info! Lol, I thought I saw racewerks logo in the poster. Seems like they have been doing quite well. Anyone knows if they still service small bikes these days?

I'm a firm supporter of RS Taichi Rainbuster/Drymaster raingear.

Has kept me dry in the heaviest rains.

Last I bought a set from MotoWorld, it was priced at $120.

Blackdawn, been reading abit here and there, rainbuster is the one like pvc? and dry master is the more like mesh jacket de is it?

$120 is for full set? or just top?

I've been riding with an airbag jacket for quite a while now. I'm not connected with the company that sells it but I just think that it's worth every cent to know that you have some substantial protection against the unknown. I paid approx $280 for my jacket and it's something I've used for more than 6 months now. The prices may have come down since. I also purchased the vest (basically the jacket without the sleeves) for about $100 from them for my wife. The website is meant for overseas sales, so if you're interested, I suggest going down to see them and their products personally before making a decision.

They sell it at:

38 Woodlands Industrial Park E1

#07-11 Singapore 757700

E-mail: sales@airbagjacket.com.sg

Telephone: +65 62642548

Fax: +65 67626164

Stay safe.

Nice to see this thread..thought i was the only one riding a class 2b bike and wearing gear..:) got myself a NOLAN stoner replica, a taichi mesh jacket and a pair of gloves from cramster (indian brand not available here..pretty decent one's). I know i look weird wearing all this and riding a krr, but i don't give a damn, coz looks don't hurt as much as broken bones do..;)
