Hi guys,

 

Just got my black baby and running in now. Keep about 5k rpm (90/km/hr) for running in.

 

Must say, its quite a "silent" bike, almost like a upsize super 4...

 

Also, temp hovers about 95'c - 100'c on 6th gear at 5k rpm, normal?

 

On the whole, great bike, esp the exhaust... well positioned!!!

 

Look forward to any possible outing/gathering

Everything include my ins too. =)

 

Great ride and feels like a upsize super4, but better. Just clocked 1600km and consupmtion is about 21km/l, riding about 100 - 110 km/hr everyday to work.

 

Lastly, this is the fastest bike to wash ahha, less than an 45mins..for a simple wash

I'm still considering between xj6 and fz1. 2 different categories of bike, that's why having a headache when making a decision. Hahaha

15 k otr is cheap nt much diff between 09 n 10. indeed no diff

Hi Fellow Diverts! Unfortunately have to sell off my June 2010 Black XJ6S (semi Fairing). Asking 13.5 k nego - balance instalment 10k. Fully Stock. Michelin tires (abt a month old). Will throw in my GIVI Top Box and rack plus my HJC Flip Up.

I'm collecting my xj6n in 2 weeks time. was wondering about the feedback about this particular exhaust..leovince slip on. its so damn small. was wondering about the sound of it. isit loud? doesnt look like it has the silencer with it. I'm not into performance actually. just want to get a loud pipe. n that pipe is cheap. was quoted $440 before 20% discount by my bike shop. wah piang, after discount cheaper than wave pipe sia! thx fellow xj6ers!

I would like to introduce myself to all of u XJ6 riders.

I owned a beau red XJ6-N. N meanin its full naked version.

Been riding tis beau since nov 2011 and has been very reliable bike to me.

Not fast i muz say but very sleek, nimble and FC efficient.

I need some advice and views frm u all on which exhaust is better.

Want to make my beau sounds more like a real 600cc bike. If u noe wat i meant..

XJ6 is truly a rare ride in sin... Even the aftermarket parts takes a long time to ship in..

btw, where do u guys go for accessories like windscreen, crashbar etc? very hard to find in sgp. even original parts hong leong dun carry must order from overseas. thx.

i ordered mine from ebay. tire hugger and integrated tail lights. still a long way from arriving . check out ebay. alot of stuff for us. hope it helps
