Bro, i really would suggest to you that if by 1week, the police or TP nv contact u, go see ur MP and complain.

 

The mutherfukers should be doing their job, coz we're payin their salaries. I hate it when such a thing happens, and yet in their point of view, no serious injury/fatalities, they treat is as kuching kurap case.

 

Go go go and see ur MP. The SPF needs some screwing, and the driver needs a bashing.

Thanks guys for all the concern...got an update here..check will silver cab company..there said they dun have taxi by tat plate no..i did my research and found out theres other taxi co. in silver color....and the result i got is SMRT taxi..by the plate no. n the color is also silver...was too furious at the time of incident till i dont take a glance at the company name as i assumed its silvercab as it in silver color...found out that smrt got a silver taxi too..its call limo taxi..now i will call smrt soon...thanks again guys for ur support n concern..

 

and forgot to mention this..the taxi model is hyundai azera..quite rare compare to sonata.

Hire a lawyer. And dun give face to Taxi drivers. Their insurance is very strong so i guess you have enough evidence and witness to win the case. Claim anything that is wrong. Yes he need to be punished.

Guysss...Update...TP finally doing their job...

my witnesses call me and inform me that the IO have called them and ask them if they willng to be in court as witness cos the driver is denying and tp will bring him to court..hope he receive a sentence match his bad deed.

gd job bros. sometimes the cab driver rush also donno for wat. i think their fuel is cheap dts y they like to speed here and there. then they drive n cut into lne any how. haizz sometimes u pity them but when ur on the road facing dangers they impose, u hate them to the core. haizz. they can cause u your life. hizz

I once got knock down by an lane changing car. The guys stop his car, apologised and helped me out. Still, due to injuries I have to report to police, but didn't put the blame on him too much since he is sincere in helping out.

 

A few months later received a letter from tp saying the driver have been given a stern warning. No penalty given.

 

Therefore, if the taxi driver just stops and apologised, probably nothing would have happen to him to land him into this state.
