You can try the harley shop at Ngee Ann City. 2nd floor I think. I'm not sure if they still have a storewide discount, but last I went(About a month back) they did.

 

If you want them even cheaper, there are tons of shops selling harley apparel and helmets in Patong Beach, Phuket. Ride up and buy!
