Hows the motul 5100? Wanted to try the 300V but too damn expensive. Heard from many ppl 5100 good enough for 5000km. What your opinion guys? Only $12 per bottle...

Why nobody talk about Castrol R4(full) Been trying for years veri smooth and quick acceraleration MY mech told me not too good to change diff kind of engine oil best stick with the same one if you are satisfied to one And 5000km is just good enough to take as reference for oil change interval

tried castrol R4 for 3 oil chg. riding x9.

find that this oil breaks down earlier. usually chg oil at 3000km

but ard 2500km can feel friction at the piston already.

if chg oil more frequently using R4 should be no problem lo.

now using maxima extra (full syn) . WoW! this is good sh*t! :thumb:

think of trying motul or sikolene next.

but hor, if u didn't try out different oils (2~3 oil chg)

how do u know which is best for ur engine type in terms of

performance and economy (fuel & money wise)?
