Hi, I am riding a honda nsr sp. My bike have problems to start. Evrytime when i leave my bike after riding for aprox-(3-4 hrs or so) i will need to pull the choke to start my bike. Not only that, i need to retain and hold the pulling of the choke for quite a few seconds, because if i put the choke back to its original position, the RPM will decrease and the bike will shut down by itself and i need to start doing the pulling of choke and start the bike again.

Another thing is, after i hold the choke for quite a second(10 or so) if i quickly throttle(while its neutral), RPM will eventually decrease and engine will shut down.

Is there any problem with the bike? Or izzit tunning problem??? Throttle immediately after pulling choke sounds like very thick air cuming out.

I know pulling the choke every time is not good. Can any of you riders out there help me???

Appreciate the help alot ppl!:)

go shop adjust timing ? timing too low.

unless u know how to increase timing ureself.

off engine, kick afew times, then pull choke and kick start.

one kick sure can start. if timing too low, sure engine will die again.

Probably your idling too low. Adjust a little higher.
