I wonder how often you all change ur EO?

Is follow mileage or like a few mths duration.. What if i doesn't ride often, only use my bike to travel from home to camp..

3 mths sure cannot hit 3000 km.

To ride on the road, You need skills,Stamina, or even luck.

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment, and adjust yourself to its rhythm.

sorry for a stupid question, but can someone share with me what's the diff between SP and RC?

I know that RC is simply practising in the circuit. What about SP? Is it both practising on the ciruit and road?

SP = ride alone in the circuit

RC = instructor will bring you around the circuit and practice and teach u tips

Sp is better. Because you are free to do what you want. As for Rc, you need to follow the instructor around.
