the TP marked my emergency brake fail to attain required speed. but I checked my speed.. orange indicator lighted up all the way till white line... still get 6 points + incorrect posture 4 points. My 1st TP ebrake 10points, 2nd TP ebrake another 10points.

Wanna give up already.. is it normal to fail TP so many times? Or am I just lousy? OMG.

The thing I did was go all the way to 40km/h and let it slowly decelerate be4 the white line, that way I'm able to meet the speed requirement and brake in time as well...

Came back from the EFC and thought it's really good exposure for new riders like me.

At the start, I wasn't used to the quick acceleration that the traffic goes when the lights turn. So I found myself left behind at the start of the course. Later during the lesson, I begin to understand how things work and it was an windy experience haha...

One thing is for sure, understanding the bike be4 going on to the highway is important especially when you need speed but dunno how the bike is going to react. The bike I was riding was slipping its gear due to the hard acceleration to pick speed in the highway, ended revving it rather high.

Great experience with fellow riders in the course...

just a little tip for those who just passed. if you are driving in the lane, make sure you drive in the center of the lane or risk getting cut/squeezed by drivers abruptly. if that happens, don't hesitate to honk and flash your lights at them.

Yah, I second that. Other vehicles will cut/squeeze into your lane if you don't take up enough space. If riding in the center or near to center of the lane, beware of road markings on rainy days. slippery.

Haha...Ahpek liao (30 years old). :cheeky:

I find car to be too expensive for upkeep, so I go for bike.

I'm working as a shift engineer in a MNC company and prefer to ride in a relatively relax posture especially after 12hrs of work.

Been thinking of Daystar, Bajaj Avenger etc

Any recommendation?:cheeky::cheeky:

been some time since i posted here. i got a 2nd hand pulsar180. been riding to sch and back everyday. still got lots to learn about the bike and surviving on the roads though.

hahaha i had a tossup between pulsar180 and cbr150r oso actually. but decided to get a pulsar anyway cuz there werent any right cbr at that time.

the pulsar is kinda bigger than ybr125, so need to get used to it. but i kinda like it being big. and dun expect it to go fast also. pickup for normal traffic is more than enough la, but top speed is really nothing impressive. i usually do around 80-90 on expressways cause anything above that is kinda nearing redline RPM already. FC for pulsar is the legendary story la, and i really think this bike runs on air or something cause i ride one week from my home (tpy) to NTU the fuel gauge is like machum still full one. this is still only my first week of owning the bike though, so ill let u on it more when i learn more.
