hi fellas, i'm back from JKT.

 

Did a H. Upmann No. 2 and Punch Punch and 2 Rafael Gonzales Petite Coronas.

 

the choix supreme is indeed nice, you can also try the very palatable Romeo Y Julieta Exhibicion No. 4 (robusto size same as choix supreme)

 

Cigar prices vary basically due to size and brand.

 

$60++ cigars would include the cohiba Siglo 6 and Sublimes, or the Trinidad Fundardores and Robusto Extra or the Partagas Solamones or other aged and vintage cigars.

 

some of the favourite cigars in the higher range include the Cuba Diademas, the Monte A and the Edition Limitada Cohiba DC....just to name a few.

 

these are in the range of $80 to $200 per stick.

FYI I just bought Partagas Shorts for $14 last night.

 

As the name states, it's shorter so less smoking time, yet to try it, will give update when I do.

Hey guys here's my take on the Partagas Shorts

 

strength : Strong

taste : Spicy

draw was very good, not too light with lots of smoke

1st 1/2 was very very good, fantastic taste, what a cigar shld taste like! much better than the Choix Supreme imho

2nd 1/2 was a little spicy, n burned a little hot

 

Overall, a very enjoyable cigar!

 

fyi I smoke it outside on my tiny balcony for 1

Partagas shorts is trong becos you are new smoker....heh heh

 

after many smokes you will only rate it as medium strong at most.

 

the spiciness also becos you are new to cigars.

 

it is hot naturally due to the length of the cigar getting shorter and shorter so your smoke is nearer and nearer to the amber...
