Skunky,

just some quick pointers for cutting the cap of the cigar befoer you smoke.

For a Piramides, it's a lot easier becos you have a lot of room to cut before over-cutting.

if you dont have a cigar cutter, it's ok. Use a sharp pen knife.

the cut line should be somewhere 7.5 mm from the tip of the cap.

also, plse dont use zippo lighter. if dont have butane lighter , just use matchsticks.

be careful not to put the flame directly at the cigar, it will char the wrapper....

hope you smoke one tonite. it's christmas anyway....

enjoy

just that my clients are mostly indonesians so i travel to Indo frequently.

I think biz there is still OK.

anyway, you have two cigars, can always smoke one first............

The taste of your piramides will come in especially good after about 1.5 inches of smoking. Hints of roast and leathery woods makes this spicy cigar of medium strength a good smoke with a round of Port. The rich dark color of the colorado Maduro wrapper produces an enchanting scent stronger than that of most light colored cigars as you would have expereienced by now, I'm sure.

Give yourself at least an hour to smoke this cigar, too rush will taste too harsh.

About one puff per 45 secs to 60 secs is good.

I talk so much , my mouth watering already....but smoke so many over last week, wife is making noise.

Wednesday - Elrey Del Mundo Choix Supreme

Friday - Ramon Allones Specially Selected and Diplomaticos No. 2

Saturday - Rafael Gonzales Corona Extra and Cohiba Club

Planning to smoke a Hoyo de Montery Double Corona on New Year's Eve and a San Cristobal on New year's day.

The Good life..................

Bro Forum User (dats a mouthful )

I believe, anything done EXCESSIVELY is harmful. Even eating and drinking.

So if you do it on leisure, say like once a week of cigar, WHY NOT?

Yeah it'll affect your mouth.. but come on, we swallowed more toxins than anything else in the world..

well said Naz!

Forum user , Let me give you more details .

It has been researched and confirmed by american doctors that a cigar a day does no harm to the body. however due to the fact that tobacco is the main ingredient, this finding is hard to believe.

In the US, cigar smokers and cigarette smokers are categorised differently by insurance companies.

in cigar smoking, the smoke is NEVER inhaled. the taste and aroma is enjoyed instead. Cigar smokers do not seek to get "high" by intoxicating ourselves and our lungs. however, it is true that the secondhand smoke does get into our lungs and the tobacco may cause cancer of the mouth. However, there is absolutely no scientific proof till today with regards to the direct cause of the illnesses above.

Cigars provide for good mental health as it allows us to relax, and spend time with friends and family. you cannot rush a cigar.

Also, you cannot get physically addicted to cigars, as far as i'm concerned.

I have been smoking cigars for 3 - 4 years. during the earlier days about 3 - 4 a week and now about 2 - 3 a week. you do not get sick and will not start coughing or sneezing or feel weak etc...if you dont smoke a cigar.

Rather, you will crave for a cigar more like a favourite food, for it's scent, taste and touch.

hope you can try it out someday.

Cheebey Skunky, no offense. But its like one scene, I saw this dude, wearing smart casual, having and enjoying his cigar like a triad boss in HK...

Next scene, this dude with singlets and an wet Jamaican shirt hanging behind him, with a ciggarillio stuck in between his lips and staring at me like as though I owe him money liddat..

Anyways, I just got back from meeting Bro Throt, to collect my cigar. The dude is really cool, delivered to my place and don't mind sharing with me lots of things about the cigar I'm gonna enjoy later.

Very cool guy and thanks for the tips Throt. Really enjoyed the convo cos it's different when someone speaks about something so passionately :thumb:
