INSPECTION again...

guys if got another question like this then sorry ..... this is AN EMERGENCY... my road tax expire already... i know that to renew it i have to go inspection 1st.... but i never go.... so now if i were to ride it would be ILLEGAL... the road tax expire end of november... now already december.... i want to go inspection... but how???? i know since my road tax expire already... i have to TOW to the inspection centre... but is there really other methods.... WHAT IF i juz ride there illegally... would the plp at the inspection centre be bothered or check my road tax or not???

 

PLS REPLY.... HELP.... HELP!!!!!!!!!

Just call a tow truck.... it's cheap.

 

Of course you can choose to ride to the inspection center. If you make it there without bumping into ROV, then good for you. The inspection center folks usually don't bother if your road tax has expired or not.

 

BUT, good luck if you get stopped by ROV.

bug, nx time jus follow the law la.. now hav to trouble again.. faster jus go inspection now la as only 1 wk past.. if not the road tax u renew tt time the fine higher.. just ride to do inspection only.. it sld be ok anyway, depends on ur luck anyway..

Recently I went for my bike inspection. I was told by the staff that my installation of electric Stebel Magnum horn was illegal as it has not been approved by LTA. If caught, it will be fine at $70 per horn. Which means $140 for the pair which you bought originally...Do you all know about this?

no la.. i think what the person means is $70 la.. they dont count by per horn.. its counted as illegal mod. like orginal exhuast u go "tong" it.. also counted as illegal mod which is $70..

 

i think people with aftermarket horns knew about it.. thats why most of us left the original horn on bike so when going for inspection.. just change the wiring to the original horn . there u go... but most people will just put a switch to save the hassle of pluckng wires here and there for inspection.
