Haha actually I did wonder if other make exhaust can my hornet as well.

A few problem to be address :

1) How to connect the can to header? (difference in pipe diameter, how the pipe channel to header etc)

2) Does the pipe able to optimise along with a different engine?

Wooo... ^.^

almost every hornet on youtube has a custom pipe :3 and they all sound so good. See liao hand itchy. haha

Depends on your budget too also bro. If budget very high, I recommend bridgestone and Michelin. From my experience, they have the best all-rounder tyres so far.

Don't you realise that the tires price very close to one another? Despite different brand and make, unless tire size 190 I can see a bigger gap.

Bridgestone? Which are the model I can consider? Had one before when I'm still riding my Kup, very good... sticky tires.

You usually travel in singapore only?

haha you bet, you can find some of them in ebay as well. Do you have a aftermarket type on your ride as well?

I'm currently using Pirelli Diablos with the 190 profile at the rear. Not much diff.

If u going bridgestone, the BT023 is the latest model for the sport-touring series. The previous BT021 I'm not so fond of cos I feel less feedback from the front end. The BT020 is awesome. So, I suppose the BT023 is the correction for the BT021. Please read more of others opinion before u go for the tyres.

I ride up north once a year. But this year, I go local cos got baby. No trips for the moment.

Yup. Using 190 rear. A tiny bit heavy but doesn't affect anything actually.

hey guys, looking at a few 2a bikes and happen to see hornet 250. looks great and sounds awesome...

just wanna noe, hows the maintainence and parts prices like? understand that this is a rare bike and parts are hard to find.. im gonna further my studies, so looking for a affordable and pretty manageable bike with some power to ride. hornet seems like a good choice so far compared to the overpriced s4..

I can't really review on that. Cos my front end is too soft. So my cornering entries will "wobble" when entering and exiting corners. Haven't had the chance to replace the fork oil yet.

But, I feel more confident psychologically knowing I have a bit more rubber to play with. And I think since the tyre is a tiny bit wider, the contact patch is a tiny bit bigger too. Hehe.

You can check with "Kuro Tenshi", owner of H250... I believe the part support still available. Unless you "kena" something very rare.

Wooo... I manage fork oil replacement during last service... the feel pretty stiff for now. Good I would say, but not sure which grade the mech use.

Perhaps I could try out if I replacing my tires :)

what's the different between CB400SF Revo head lamp and CB250F?

The coolest honda head lamp was CB600F (2005 ~ 2006) model. (http://www.bikepics.com/pictures/2127966/)

Any one tried "Muzzy Alu Cooling fan blade"?

*Not a bad site for Hornet parts (http://japan.webike.net/)

erm.. the old head lamp has all these lines to divert the direction of the light.. the new one is all clear.. ^.^ IF u look at old Ver.S or Spec 1 and compare to Spec 3 onwards, u might just get what i mean.

hi guys,

will like to ask a few questions about hornet 250

1)is it good for touring to places like malacca or KL travelling at ard 140-160km/h?

2)will the rpm be at the redline if i travel at that speed?

3)any known common issue like overheating or engine block crack?

thank you for yout time :D
