my camp some of the nsf are still very childish. They are behaving like secondary school kids. IMO, especially those who are from a certain schools. (not ite or poly)

 

their typical behaviours are quite common throughout.

3) quite spoilt

4) ask them help, as if you are asking them to donate both their kidneys.

its 2yrs to keep you out of trouble, cum cheap labour, cum tie you down so you cannot migrate so easily because you need permit to exit other countries. Basically its squeeze you by the balls from the onset. No wonder so many scholars break bonds, they were entice by MNCs overseas even before they complete their studies. Well, many of us who have been through the military clearly see that many boys become mature, and also others who don't.

 

Just as we see some PRs who do NS and know that we can rely on them as comrades more than some citizens.

I enjoyed my NS time, it prepared me very well for the nonsense I was soon about to face in the real working world. I showed absolutely no mercy to incompetent employers.

1. REC and PTE is $420 per mth. but minus all the aviva, pioneer mag, and stuff u left with $400

 

2. PES C will not have recruitment talks like those in PES A or B

 

3. PES C REC will up rank to PTE after u completed BMT, allowance + $0

 

min 7mths into service u will up to LCP, allowance + $20 (you must hold the rank of PTE for at least 4mths)

 

min 15mths into service u will up to CPL, allowance + $50 (you must hold the rank of LCP for at least 5mths)

 

min 21mths into service u can be recommended by ur superiors to up rank to CFC, allowance + $50. (only top 30% of CPL can be promoted to this)

 

but take note the guidelines for promotion to CPL and CFC rank is only applicable to svc and tec vocations. for combat vocations, 12mths can promote to CPL and 18mths to CFC.

 

 

ALL IN ALL. your allowance will still be worse that a bangala worker.

Ah, I think you LCP or below, thats why 2 years only. What I heard is only CPL and above serve 2.5 years, during that time la.
