Accident between lady driver and Me & my gf

The car and me is turning right, suddenly she turn left after a right turn and there is not much time i can stop cuz of nervous when i see the car's head eating my straight road so if i go straight, i will bang on her left side of the car. so i decide to trottle more to sneak through the space between the curb and the car. unfortunately the car still hit my right back of my bike and banged my gf's right foot. i just heard a bang sound but i didnt fall nor my gf. at tat moment i tot lucky never fall. so i tot nothing happen so i go straight . about 1sec later my gf is crying and screaming at her foot very pain. so i stop infront to see what happen. then i run back to chase the car but cant find the car. after 3min like tat the driver come back and ask is she ok. so ask me how to settle . i just say i wan her foot to be ok. but at tat moment she cant even walk. too pain. so i called 995 to send her to tantockseng hospital. and btw the lady driver's father keep claim tat im on high speed like 50km/h and say im in fault . so i wan to ask m i really at fault? im just right turning at gear 1 going to 2. will my speed be 50km/h? she suddenly turn left and gave a late signal . she signal and turn tgt. how can i react in time? i have to sneak through the small hole. luckily i didnt bang on the curb or else i will injuried too .

why lady driver so idiotic signal and turn tgt without checking blindspot:(

What else is there to do? Report accident claim to insurance and claim that fellows car for medical expenses....

what should i do? the tp called me and ask. and tell me to go see IO at hq on monday. i haven call insurance company but my bike shop told me to meet him go on monday. the lady driver just made a police report . i haven make any police report

judging from what i saw in your photo, it seems that you are in the wrong to turn right together with the car as i suppose you are in the 'outer' lane.

but it is the car's fault to not to check back and clear, thus causing danger to you. but you should have slowed down and horn to warn your presence instead of overtaking the car in such a narrow path.

at the end path of your photo, is she trying to turn left on your right side(outer lane) which caused the accident? if yes, then she is definitely in the wrong.

 

well, i suppose you faster report to your insurance company and let them know your situation.

50km/h on the usual roads does not constitute to speeding and who is he to judge ur speed?

The other party can only claim that u were careless or reckless. But then again how many lanes for right turning?

Was the car ahead of ur bike? Safety distance? Alot of factors to consider.

Get ur gf to see doctor and get mc for insurance claims purpose.

If u are claiming insurance and u have a good case it may do u good if u get a lawyer to represent u.

I did, I won and I'm a few thousand dollars more to spend.

For certain personal insurance the mc can also be claimed. $50 dollars per day...? For accident insurance and unable to work.

Think wat u want and then do it.

I know my case. I know wat to do and I just go ahead to claim the other party.

Anyway for accident u have to report to ur insurance company even if ur not intending to claim.

im behind the car all the while . just tat when she suddenly turn then i speed up cuz i have no other way to stop . if i jam break i might skid or still hit the back of the car. there is no chance to think what to do.cuz its very suddenly and i didnt expect the car to turn in to the small road.

i was behind her and when we turn, i m at her left back . suddenly she do a left turn , even i horn she also already did a left turn . if i horn she will jam brake and i think it will be worst cuz i will just knock her back rather than now is she banged me

It's never one party at 100% fault in cases like this.

 

I'll say 60% driver's fault vs 40% biker's fault.

 

Driver failed to check blind spot while turning left while biker failed to keep a safe distance from the car by keeping to the left side of the car...

i think half to 1 car length spacing. the car was ahead of me . i didnt side by side share same lane with her. but i m bottom left abit of the lane

further, u went ahead to increase throttle instead of braking/ releasing throttle, knowing very well that the car is IN FRONT of you. i.e. jit tao increasing the probability of langgar.

 

my thinking has always been that if u increase throttle and bang at 100kph, u get 100kph injuries, if u release throttle/ brake to 30 kph, u get 30kph injuries, at least in such a scenario with no car behind u..

there is no rule that tells u how many car lengths is enough.

 

rather, the correct distance to be away from any car(s) is the distance that will give u enough time to react.

it is always changing depending on ur speeds and road conditions.

as biker ..we have to exercise care if we are in the blind spot... we cannot afford them to let them make a simple mistake by not seeing that may cause our lives...so best is dun get into the area of their blind spot...of move away when we in there...cos they can't see us..... not their fault
