And for info, the service manual state that for every 6k milage ,we need to adjust the stupid nuts. But for mi, i adjust when i feel the jerky thing when i want to move off from start.

Hey guys, wonder if you guys have encountered a similar problem on your bike.

 

When I engage clutch after changing gear, I hear a clatter sound. Or whenever I open throttle then I suddenly close, the engine brake pulls in then there is this clank/clatter sound also, sounds like something loose. I heard of the cam tensioner problem, but does it happen on the above described scenario? Is it a problem that I can ignore or I die die must service it one? Thanks in advance.

 

Anyone has experience of going back to Hong Leong to let them repair your bike before, and how long it takes?

named Neo_onE but not at Ehem Motor Pte Ltd but at Neo's Dyno centre

at void deck Jelapang.....

Then from there the guys will go to port....anything just come down lah bro...

mm... not sure about major problem... but have you check the basic things.. is ur chain tighten properly...? how bout your clutch setting.. issit too loose or not...? jus some idea before you bring in to workshop and get chop for nothing...

ohz..thanks for replyin! lookin to buy a k5, but it doesnt come with original lights and has no fender. dun tink will pass inspection. so just need a rough gauge of price to factor into how much needs to be set aside. signal lights for both front and rear shld be less than $50? fender also less than $50?
