We normally go there on Sunday and this time round on Saturday ,

will there be a DIFF on the kopitiam staff's service attitude ? ?

More importantly, are there any soccer matches today? :dozed:

There's a 'live' international friendly match between Australia and Singapore on Channel 5 at 7.30pm tonight... :)

First learn stand, then learn fly. Nature's rules biker-sans. Not mine...

have... national stadium.. lions vs aussies..

I'm a cantankerous lugubrious weirdo. Enraptured by stone walls. Demented by love. Disparaged by my own soul. Besieged by languor. Suffered from acute distress triggered by terminal boredom and elucidation of rhodonderons and deciduous seedlings. Searched for serenity amidst the chaos but failed miserably.

Let the good times roll .

Ya they're making a living out of it but a lot of them after making

mistake will try to put the blame on others , inorder to make sure their

S$1000-1500 deposit will not be 'confiscated' by the operator and

maybe to collect some repair fee . Some of them take

rider's life very lightly , they ensure safety inorder to avoid liability

and not bcoz they care for other road users . I encountered twice

with taxi , their fault but they file claims against me .. speechless ..

Martin might have been a bit harsh on words as not all taxi drivers

are heartless but those who are really heartless deserves more

than been locked with the animals ...

Yah true is harsh .... but actually I refered more to their funny position behind the stearing wheel. The are clamped to with their hands and hv it so close to the chest that the head just inches away.

for pc3 setting, in my honest opinion, just set it according to the internet map download ah.... difference is not much..... but anyway, it's just an opinion

I think that abit wrong, using the map dynojet provided would not be good to use in SG , as all they map is custom in the US, where the humilty is very low. Best to get custom map done at SG.

If you fix a PC3 before, you will comfirm notice the different btw the download map and a good custom map. :)

It is cheaper by alot than PC3 tuning. However the downside is that the tuning resolution is lesser than PC3. However it should be sufficient to make a different in your ride.

Agree.

And to add on, teka cant adjust on the 0% and it increase the fuel by 5% each time. and it for all the rpm.

Anyway other than teka , still got yoshi box , work about the same as teka, by rewriting our stock EUC, but do remeber how much you add or decrease, as if you want to revert back to stock.

there are also nice taxi drivers around, i recalled many years ago, after i was involved in an accident, nobody stop to help me, i was moaning in pain in the middle of the road, this taxi driver pulled along side, helped me to the walkway, called an ambulance for me.. the best thing is he even offer me a marlboro, thats the best marlboro i have ever tasted.. another incident happened to my brother, he left his wallet behind in the taxi, about few hundreds in it, that night the taxi driver sent it to my place personally, he says he stay nearby.. maybe 9 out of 10 is too much.. i would not give any stats since most of them i encountered are nice people, they r also making a living, i believe u would not have such nasty comments abt them if one of your family member is a taxi driver.. :faint:

you know why? becos here is singapore, traffic conditions are different from elsewhere, do u have so many traffic lights back home? do u need to remember to top up cash card, insert card into IU while passing the gantry? they are a stressful group of people constantly trying to stay focus on the rd for 12 hrs, looking out for passengers, traffic police, speed cameras, traffic conditions. they are also like us, need to bring back money to feed a family at the end of the day.. i believe being a taxi driver is one of the most stressful job in singapore. :(
