The fuel consumption depends on individual riding style.

During my running in period, res light comes on ard 228-235km. Now i'm riding average 100km/h on expressways, RPM ard 5k. :smile:

Managed to go 336km today, enter reserve at 260km... pump in 17.03litres of petrol... i tot the capacity is only 17litres... hmmm

so roughly 1l = 19km..

17l = 323

tink the petrol tank is abit bigger than 17l

U have to lift up the fuel tank b4 making any adjustments... and you gotta adjust idling only when the bike is totally warmed up...

Don't try with the fuel tank in place (although with 2 fingers itz possible to reach the knob), coz last time i tried, i not only burnt my fingers (itz very hot!!), i had skin abrasions coz the turning action will create friction against the frame/tank... :giddy:

As for whether is cw or ccw, i can't remember... but itz quite easy la, if 1 direction lowers ur idling, then turn the other direction lor... :cheeky:

U mean at Biketech21? That's the one i bought... itz slightly thicker than the one at motoworld... I can't remember the brand though, but it seems quite good for $48... :thumb:

Today set record again... JB V-Power managed to bring me 275km before reserve!!

And when I topped up at 335km, only 16.2litres went in...

Dunno why, bike seems to be getting more economical in terms of fuel consumption... must be engine run in leow (run in period average 228km nia..), less friction, so better mileage....

turn towards u will increase the idling speed n turn outwards will decrease .
