If you dun mind, I can help you syncro the throttle body. It is actually very easy to do.

Sort of...

Kimderson : If you say there is nothing different since day 1, then maybe no need to snycro. My bike now is ard 28k km, when I do the syncro then I find out that it is just out by a little bit only. But since can do for free, you are welcome to try. Then at least can learn something.

No lah, few of my friend have the carb tune II. So I can just borrow from them. In fact still at my house. I'm not sure of the actual symthon, but should be like during idling, the rpm will not stay still. And back fire easily. Low end pick up very strugglish. Something like that. I experience these symthon when I'm back from my touring trip. But when I do the tuning, I find that my throttle body not exactly out that much.. So now slightly better, but not the best as compare to before. Maybe need another TEKA tuning, but I doubt it will help in anyway. Anyway I heard Unity now using Yoshi EMS to tune for suzuki. Same as TEKA, overwrite the ECU. But more detail. Interested personel can call unity for enquiry. For throttle freeplay, you can adjust both way. One at the left side of your air box where the idliing screw is. The other way is to adjust the nut which is near the throttle grip. I've attached the diagram for you to see.

Brother not EMS, it only a yoshi box. Same as teka, but heard it better. Same price for tunning as teka. only bad point is that you cant tune on the run , unlike teka.

From what i understand is that teka can be adjust in real time..Which means you can adjust while the engine is running..

The diagram comes from the service manual. It not in the normal manual which came with the bike. As for yoshi or teka, both have their good point and bad point.
