Guys, before you go ahead with your polo shirt MO, kindly take note that for customised polo shirt orders, do engage the services of the SBF approved vendor. Check this out for a better understanding of the matter...

Do noted that it's good the members design and produce a group polo tee as a form of recognition & cohesiveness among the riders. There is a choice of engaging SBF's partner Giacomo Southeast Asia to provide this service and the assurance that price is reasonable which also in turn help to fund this free site as a forum mechandise. This has been the basis of agreement right from the start of this forum.

 

However, we do note that there can be many other supplier that can provide this service and certainly capable of bringing down the cost of production and retailing at a lesser price.

 

Due to a recent incident, We have discuss with forum owner andy and that we acknowledge that we are partly to be blame as regulations had not been enforced resulting in unapproved MO / sale being conducted in the individual threads rather than the designated sections (Garage Sake & Mass Order).

 

Do carry on discuss and design and vote but please do not carry out any order taking if there is no real intention of getting SBF's supplier to produce the product. We hope an understanding is reached to prevent any mis-communication and mis-understanding.

 

We also do not wish to be engaged in a price war between suppliers that sour good working relationship established through the years. The market in sg is very small and noticeable the moment a deal is reached.

 

My stand is this;-

 

1. Wanna do outside, do it offline and out of the forum. The choice is there.

2. Do with us. Noted that there will be a small margin generated that will goes to fund this forum and it's growth.

3. Do clarifies early to prevent any unpleasant conflict later on.
