guys wats yr fuel consumption for those riding K7/8 before blink blink(yellow light)?

 

got a shock yday when travelling for the shortest trip to melaka...

mine was 130km before blink blink... :faint: wa piang eh...

haven reach pagoh already blink blink...

 

last time got abt 180km before blink blink, lost 50km worth of petrol....

 

any ideas on how to save petrol?

or

isit my own fault for changing to full system, BMC race filter, vstacks, PCIII?

 

note: not bragging but really shocked on the fuel consumption... my spark can for further abt 150km... looks like got to have a bottle of petrol on standby if go touring.... :cry:

 

Ya... looks like yer mods are killing ya. Your pc3 dyno already? perhaps u can request to set the fuel consumption to minimal below 110km/h -130km/h and power up only after that? If not, very hard to save petrol.

hi all.. i just fix the arrow pro racing exhaust, the trumpet style pipe. on the chain side. i feel the chain is very near to the pipe. anyone encounter this problem before???:giddy:

I dont know abt arrow... but my side stand hit my link pipe when not in use, as in kick-up...

i have seen a k8 using the arror pipe n the chain is veri close to the pipe. When the chain is moving dunno will kanna the pipe or not. :giddy:

using LV CORSA Race full System...

mine already had some scratch mark on the link pipe...

going to get some grip tape to paste to prevent anymore scratch mark, hope it doesnt melt/burnt the tape...

 

my clearance from pipe to chain is quite exceptable except for the side stand... :sian:

looks like you need to keep track of yr chain tightness once in a while..

I re-did mine at juzwheelz for $75 a pair + install/stick. Is abit on the ex side but its still better than waiting for months for the agent to bring in and paying 50+ bucks EACH for it. Check out my siggy if u wanna see how it looks like.

Nice bike. Saw it in Unity. Nice rims as well.

Anyway, U should see the mid-range power at 10500rpm.

hi bro..i still dont understand whats going on on the t shirt selling..??

i bought 2, and i have pay @ 25, total i should pay 50, shipping 18, and i have transfer $68, and the admin has receive....please anyone guide me, am i pay wrong amount ? or im true and i can sit here, relax, waiting my t shirt shipped...

Why sell ? Such a nice fairing and weight saver.

 

yeah...a big weight saver...extremely light...gota sell if off...other commitment supersedes the bike currently...
