what kind of paper use to sand the rusty part on the brake disc? Or does anyone

here does it?

Don't do that. u are spoiling your disc brake.

Reason is that u will be using your own human strength to sand away the rusty area. that means sometimes u apply more strength, sometimes u apply lesser strength to those "not-so-tough-rust" right? Therefore your disc brake will have uneven warpage and thus making spoiling your disc.

The best recommended way so far is to carry on riding and apply light braking to "wash" away the rust. ( Anyone please feel free to correct me if i am wrong)

By the way ProjectD, there's also marc9 and maxbg who, after serious scanning and critical analysis, found that was not included in the list ....

Or maybe they prefer to hide behind the scene ....

From what i learnt from bikelab, there's a missing spacer which will comes together with a aftermarket damper..Otherwise, it's quite ok..No matter how u try to tighten it, it will still move up and down...
