any R1 08 riders here changed TPS alrdy? yesterday at track, when entering T9 my bike engine stalled. this happened twice. I was at gear 2 mid range rpm..

 

I've changed mine b4... At HKL.. For u, I think it's still under warranty rite? Better go back to Hong Leong.. Dey might change urs for free...

oougghhh...imagine when that happen at the fast turn at the road....im almost killed on my 08 too.....happen when i pass a big truck, and when im beside the truck, it stalled.....

read at US forum, change the tps also cant cure the stall....

if u looking for performance and dun wish to spent so much on a exhaust, u guys can try e Exhaust above.

a little scratch wil not effect the performance.

but if u r looking for only outlook, nice n firece and dun mind abt e money, dan get a new set ba.

According to your question, there's no such things as which exhausts will give you the highest bhp, all exhaust manufacturers claim that theirs can give riders the highest but who are saying the truth. No one knows.

 

It's depends on the bike itself with the accessories you have cum dyno. If the mapping of the dyno is not the best for your bike, still you cant achieve the highest bhp for your bike in that series.

 

Our bike are lean at the first place, with aftermarket installed, it will make it more leaner, thus PC comes into this picture so that the air and fuel ratio are finely tune to have better respond in mid range or high speed.

 

For sound ,i guarantee with warrenty, Arrow never disappointed buyers.

Yes bro .. There's a lot of 'facilities' there however I can't test my 'fertility' there... Hahahahaha...

Bro, did they say wats wrong wif the air-intake inlet? Can u help to ask dem wats the prob and update me or us shall I say.. This is for the benefit of other R1 users with the same problems and are new to the forums and might have missed some postings abt the topics here earlier, if any.. Thank you...

ok i try my best to describe what the mech said. for error 59, the tps thing, means u have to change it. This causes stalling. When running the diagnostics test, theres one test for full throttle and idling. i cant remember the exact figures said, but my bike showed 16 for idle and 100 for full throttle. The mech at unique told me R1 is typically 14 and 98, while the HL mech told me 14-17 and up to 104.

 

for my problem i told him my bike stalls when entering right corners (happened in sg also) and he was explaining it happens when the air-intake stuff heats up and blah blah. cant remember the technical terms.
