Y no matter wad I do or change still can't get rid of the jumpy part when moving off from a stop? it only last from 1000rpm to 2000rpm, aft that its smooth liao.

I went last month to do my clearance, and this month to install my rear disc, sprocket and suspension which had been lying for like 4 months in my room. :sian:

I think we have to live wid this ba....

Read from angmor's site n they say this is common for the 04-06 cos tall gearings. And will worsen if u change this sprokets.

Their cure is simple. Throttle more when moving off, or set ur idling speed higher. The former isn't the solution for me as bike sounds like a noob riding when moving off, esp when the akra amplify the exhaust notes. as for the latter it does improves abit but I lower the idle aft awhile cos I'm really uncomfortable wid the 1.5k idle.

btw, wads u guys' fc wid only slipon mods n bmc race filter? I only managed to clock 13-14km/l which I think damn jialat. I got pc3 but untune. I jus load the map from pc3 website. only tried 2 diff maps wid similar mods n both gave gd highend pull, average mid, below average low n drinks petrol!

I LOVE my R1!!!:shades:

Only if u +front -rear.

Practise more clutch control :p

Generic maps from their site generally run rich, hence ur jialat FC.

Solution? Do a dyno custom map :D

yerp... the more complicated part is to understand how the low-speed/high-speed damping works... but i dun think your bike has this.. the G1K7 and K8 has it :faint:

Yeah. True enough, but dun push your luck over there as recently, there's a Chinese newspaper article that states the helpline we can call should we encounter such problems or robbery or police corruption in Malaysia (But I don't whether its reliability)

Tourist Info Tel: 130 0885776

Alor Setar Tourist Police: 04 7321222

JB Tourist Police: 07 2232222

KL Tourist Police: 03 2496593

Malacca Tourist Police: 06 2703238

Penang Tourist Police: 04 2615522

Sarawak Tourist Police: 08 2241133

Trengganu Tourist Police: 09 6222222

(But I don't know how realiable these police lines)

Other list of emergency numbers can be found at:

http://www.malaysiahotels.cc/infousephone.html

Most police station chiefs "punish" their cops by giving them station duties for 2 to 3 weeks. This way, it deprives them of additional income and will make them behave better. Moreover they had came out with a incentive scheme to make the job of police more attractive and to reduce push factor.Worst still, they have a team of undercovers. If those Traffic polices or any government sectors personals got caught, they can jolly well kiss good bye to their ass.

Now Malaysia are fighting against traffic police corruption. Army style - You can do anything, but dun get caught. If luckily enough you might get away but there's still chances you may end up another charges for bribery.
