OTR or exclude insurance?

 

604 X 48 = 28992

If 4% p.a interest:-

Means u take a loan of 24993.1 ~~ $25k loan

 

Result $5k Dp + $25k = $30 OTR

 

If with insurance ... price shd be ok :angel:

Sigh .... so bored ...
