possibly due to the underseat exhaust which damages the battery due to heat

change to shinko :thumb:

cheaper and as good as yuasa

Hi guys...i'm having some problem wif my bike.When i'm riding at low speed (@ slightly above 1rpm),e engine like gonna die off and its giving some funny sound like no petrol pumping into e engine.Even when idling it gives tis kinda sound sometimes.SO can u guys tell me wats going on?My bike got tis problem after i wash it wif preasure jet...:cry:I'm riding 04 R1

 

now i confused...

how can u ride an R1 with 1k rpm ..???

my bike is idle at 1300 ish....so u ride it under the idle rpm ..??

 

not trying to be a flame thrower here...but i really confused how can tat be....o_O

shinko lo.. just changed.. well i think no diff just use 1 yr plus then change again just like oem battery

Hey guys, where can i get a single seat cowl or a normal pillion seat for r1 05 at a cheaper price??

mine fly off at SLE and now riding without seat...:cry:

Hi can i check with fellow R1 riders here, how long is your battery life? my 08 bike using Yuasa battery has gone dead after 1 year, is that acceptable? i thought they can last longer than that...

 

I am using the original OEM GS battery. Last me for more than 5 years.

The OEM GS batt that came wif 2001 models were excellent.

 

The OEM ones that came with 04-06 were POS :D

My original OEM GS battery last me for nearly 5 years which i think is very incredible already but yrs more than 5 yrs??? :faint::faint::faint:

yes possible. But u need to declare to the insurance company that 1st u are the owner 2nd u are NOT riding for the time being.
