Hi guys, for a road purpose usage can i say a gixxer600 is much better den r6?

due to the better response low revs, handling and comfort.

anything else to add on to that?

how about fuel comsumption isit better?

 

hi bro...think if u come here...of couse ppl here will say it's better than r6..cos it's a gixxer thread :angel:

from my point of view...both are the same if u want to compare generally in terms of road usage. fuel consumption gonna be about the same too, as long as the mods are stock or similar. the question is, what does ur heart tells u? i have a feeling u're already much more interested in the gixxer, which is :thumb: so my only advice is, buy a bike u're gonna be happy riding. cheers`

to what i know of the stalling problem is due to setting. Mine so far nothing eh.

eh.. i heard bout the stalling part can be rectified by changing some TPS stuffs.. anyone changed that before?

thanks for replying bro thou im not from this thread. Thats becos i heard about the sluggish low rev response of r6, and the lower insurance price of suzuki bikes. just wana confirm about it. both are nice and beautiful bike, thats why man people like me have dilemma in choosing. therefore any difference in the bike would be a big factor for me to choose hahaha!

Hmmm, I seem to recall reading an article on this bike in the TODAY paper some weeks back. The article states that this bike costs nearly a quarter of a million dollars. I kind of remember it cos the article used the same picture that you posted. Does that mean that the bike featured was a SP LE and thus the expensive price tag??? :confused:
