Firstly, How far can 1 full tank of petrol go?

At first, i was still looking for the reserve tank switch on the bike...:sweat:

looks like a $400 investment. My bike is really vibraty and no power at low speed.

no doubt these are some of the few things that it works to have power and save fuel, the right tunning also plays a important part. that is the most important things to do. without the right one, u still back to square one... :)

you have been very helpful. I'm thinking of going to Unity to do it up. any opinion about that shop and it's mechanics, esp ah xiong?

i bought my oringinal NSR150SP from them a long time ago. and they still remember me.

 

i keep hearing u guys talking about valve clearence, what is it all about? if it is really essential, then the real question is how much does it cost?

 

another question is that how hot is hot? the temperature of my bike keeps going up to 106 degree C before the fan starts. usually what is the normal healthy temperature of the bike?

 

I'm planning to do up the bike one time proper and good, and hopefully won't have to open up the engine again for the next one and half year.

Can, you go make a sticker, GSX. Than you paste it infrom of your R1 sticker, it will become GSXR1 laio.

tempted to get the k6 750 ler....but no money, after hearing that machine is ard 20k plus my insurance and other feess, it will be ard 23k.
