cos HID is not officially legal, so am in 50/50 abt whether to get HID or HIR..

 

u mean HIR doesnt have the wattage for our bike specs?

 

i did ask the guy b4, they dun have same spec as our bike/cars which is using 55-60w.

IMO,nothing beats HID 3000k

wah 3000k, got penetrative power + high lumens..

 

i also want HID, but alas it is not legal..

Hi.. I just got my K6 1000 and sometimes i got this prob with starting the bike. When i turn on the key switch, clutched in and press the ignition and there is no response at all. No sign of plugs firing. I tried turning off the key switch and on again...Tried a few times and it started. This prob dont always happen... Anyone know what is happening?? Please help this newbie here:help: thanks!~~

tis ting happened to me too last time bro...end up i had to change the ignition switch....cost ard 120 to 150 inclusive installation...u might want to check your relay and fuses too...

Thanks for the advice bro! Will get it checked. So the price is for stock original switch?Just wanna check the price if not kana chopped.:smile: Which shops do you guys normally service and get parts from? Btw i have another prob... Is it normal when i clutched in at 1st gear and it tends to move abit(like bitting point) when its hot(ard 80-90Deg)? Or its the Clutch plate wearing off? :help:Thanks people!

Try check ur clutch kill switch,one way is to bypass it..Den try starting ur bike,if it cranks easily u juz haf to change the switch or leave it bypassed..

i tink it might be the clutch cable..???but im nt sure...maybe the pros can help...any idea guys..??

maybe u cld try to get a manual for ur bike...will be useful for diagnosis wen the bike is sick...i have a soft copy for 04-05 600 though...if anyone wans...i can send it... :)

most likely is ur clutch switch.happen to me once but was my sidestand switch not fully depress

might be clutch plate finish or u can try adjust ur bitting point to further position
