Heya guys i need help. Currently im ridng a gsxr 600 k7.

recently when starting up my bike, when i clutch in and start the bike, it gave a weak start but it still start as per normal and can move as per normal and no lags.

But today, when i switch it on as per normal, i switch it on and can only hear like the spark sound of the bike and the whole system died.

Then when i release it, its back to normal as when i use the key to switch it on again( as in the meter gauge needle go back and forth again).

what could be the problem?

Battery? spark plug?

Cant be ther rectifier or coil.. coz i change it 1 year ago..

Most likely to be spark plug, worse it maybe spark plug cable. If batt, do you have voltmeter. If you have, when you switch your bike, the reading must not below 12V.

Hope this infos might help you. CHeerS!

Last time i called him in regards to Afam sprocket and D.I.D chain..Before he gave me the price, he started his preaching also..Within 1 min, i told him "Oei Bee, i call u to ask about the price..Nt to listen to ur bloody lecture..How much?" Then he say he call me back in awhile with the price...

Cant really take the comparison/experience i have on the 2004 GSXR600 vs the 2007 GSXR750 but if you insist..

Pickup: My K4 600 is much responsive in the lower RPMs against the K7 750..Can feel that it surge ahead faster too.

Cornering: The 750 has a much lower CG as compared to the 600 thus more stable thru out the whole corner.

Top end: Needless to say thou, tested and proven on a stock 750 to beable to hit 299km/hr

Cosmetics: The 600 has a sharper and more aggressive looks while the 750 is more proportional all round..And the 600 has a higher ride height.

And the 750 use slightly lesser EO also... :p Buden since it's a K4 600 which i rode before, i would believe that you will experience somehow the same experience i did on my 750 cos of the similarities in design except for the capacity..

So now, are you going to ask me why i upgraded 150cc??? :D

pls share the story!

When i decided to change the K4 600 right, it was in Sept 2007..Back then was deciding between getting the 2007 CBR600(Heard great reviews about it) or the 2007 GSXR750(Always been my dream to own a 750).

Went to the shop and sat on a CBR600, 1st impression is that the clockpit looks like a CBR150(No offence). Went to sit on a 2007 GSXR600(No 750 in stock back then), comfy, clockpit seems okie.

Went home to think about it and then this question hits me.

AS a rider who hates big stock turn signals, it also means that i will get flush for the front and LEDs for the rear(Need to do this on a CBR). And i dont really like integrated tails..

And so, inorder to save me further headlights for the turn signals..I went for the 750..50% dream 50% signals..

I was nv a fan of 1l and 400cc..Which is why 250cc back in 2A and 600cc for class 2($$ plays a part)..

Rode my fren's R1 for awhile, realise that using the way i rode my 600 with..My lic will probably be cut all over for a few times..

I can actually ride 70+ to 80 on those small roads and 90+on expressway on my 750..That time i rode natgw's K8 1000 and boy, 90+ on small roads and 90+ on expressway... :p

Just feel that power comes very easily..

lolz! yeah actually the big big stock signals on some bikes kinda spoil the look..

and i guess on a 1000, too much power on tap.. mostly under utilised on sg streets..

Hi y'all

Juz my 2cts worth...I know its abt 750 but I talk abt 600 so can agar agar the difference..at sepang front straight rolling from T15 on 2nd gear and throttle to a stop (full on throttle)and upshifting (my peak power is at 15500 before flatlining)all the way to 6th

sepang front straight is 927.543M,i shut throttle @ 200m before T1 so taking the front straight as 727.543m,my stock 600 did 270km but now with front spocket 1 teeth down n rear 1 teeth up n some other mods,my speed is 265km.can never clear 6 gear on stock nor with new ratio hence i believe the 600can do 270 plus km therefore the 750 should be doing 280 plus or more..

btw im on a new project and will be selling off my after market stuff if anyone is keen, they are all couple months old..will post up soon
